Hydraulic Rod End Bearing HCR10C Product Overview
HCR10C-70 is a metric hydraulic-cylinder rod end bearing for larger cylinder-side linkage assemblies. It combines a Forged St 52-3 steel housing with a bearing shell and inner ring made from 100Cr6 / AISI 52100 bearing steel, hardened and ground; phosphate and molybdenum-disulfide surface treatment.
The size-70 configuration has a 160 mm outer diameter, 49 mm inner ring width, 42 mm bearing width, 115 mm medium length, 6 mm diameter, 195 mm overall length, and 5 mm L1 length. Published performance values are 55-142 μm internal clearance, 315 kN dynamic load rating, 510 kN static load rating, 80 mm collar diameter, 6° tilt angle, and approximately 7000 g weight.
Hydraulic grease nipple to DIN 71412. The stated operating range is -50°C to +150°C. Confirm the cylinder geometry, side-load condition, clearance, lubrication access, and final material requirements against the HCR10C specification before production release.
