15N-100は、大型シリンダー側リンケージ組立用のメートルねじ油圧シリンダー用ロッドエンド軸受です。鍛造St52-3鋼ハウジングに、100Cr6 / AISI 52100軸受鋼製（焼入れ・研削仕上げ、リン酸塩皮膜＋二硫化モリブデン表面処理）のベアリングシェル・内輪を組み合わせています。
サイズ100構成は、外径250 mm、内輪幅70 mm、軸受幅70 mm、中間長さ170 mm、全長295 mmです。公表性能値は、内部クリアランス65-165 μm、動的負荷定格（動定格）610 kN、静的負荷（静定格）1516 kN、傾き角7°、重量約33100 gです。
DIN71412規格の油圧グリースニップル付き。動作温度範囲は-50°C～+150°Cです。量産リリースの前に、シリンダー形状、横荷重条件、クリアランス、給油アクセス、および最終的な材料要件をHCR15N仕様と照合して確認してください。
